Administrator - Asset Finance and Leasing
£25k - £30k plus bonus and benefits
Our client is the asset finance and leasing division of a large European bank, they specialise in providing SME's across the UK with funding solutions for a wide range of equipment.
Their operations function based in Surrey are currently expanding their team, and as such looking to appoint a highly organised, versatile administrator to support the processing of all business transactions.
Preparation of documentation for pay out of new business
Load new transactions onto the administration system
Ensure accurate and timely payment of all suppliers
Issue documentation and invoices to customers
Administration of the direct debit collection system
Act as a point of contact for general queries on leasing documentation
Deal with customer queries efficiently
Calculation of settlement figures
Support the external sales team where required
Build close relationships across the various business areas
The successful candidate will have strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy. Ideally you will have some experience of the asset finance/leasing sector, although relevant administrative experience from other areas of financial services may be considered.
You will be a strong communicator, with a hands on 'can-do' attitude, who can work well as part of a small, but dynamic team.
