Dealer Development Manager – Captive Motor Finance
£40k plus bonus, car scheme and benefits
Our client is the captive finance house for a major European motor manufacturer. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Dealer Development Manager to join their team, to cover the North West, and parts of Yorkshire.
Responsible for a portfolio of franchised motor dealerships, you will ensure their F&I performance is maximised through effective account management, coaching and training, and regular financial reviews, to discuss finance and insurance penetration.
In addition, you will negotiate suitable rates and terms packages, have some involvement in wholesale funding, and ensure that targeted retail marketing campaigns are effectively communicated to the dealer network.
The successful candidate will ideally have existing field-based motor finance account management/development experience – with a good understanding of F&I products, and sales processes.
In addition you will be self-motivated, well organised with strong communication and presentation skills.
Please note that although the role is home based, to cover the North West region, Head office is in the South East, and interviews will be held at Head Office.
