Our client is a long established and very highly regarded UK bank, who specialise in providing finance solutions to SME customers across the UK.

They are recruiting 6 individuals to join their industry leading sales training academy which is a comprehensive 12 month training programme which will provide candidates with product, sales and technical training,  ultimately leading to ‘graduation’ to the position of Area Sales Manager, when you will be assigned your own geographical area and customer base.

The training will include some classroom learning, in addition to working closely with an experienced mentor out in the field, where you will be visiting existing and new customers in order to maximise opportunities for new lending facilities.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated and highly driven with excellent communication skills.  You will be tenacious and resilient with the ability to think on your feet, and solve problems.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate some experience in a sales or customer service based role – a foundation in financial services would be beneficial but isn’t essential – energy and enthusiasm are key for success in this role.
