Our client is a highly respected and well established Invoice Finance division of a successful banking operation. Due to growth they are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to act as the primary point of contact for Clients and to support Relationship Managers.

The successful candidate will support and ensure the security and profitability of our client through the efficient and effective take-on and in-life management of a portfolio of clients under the supervision of the Head of Relationship Management.

·       By acting as the primary day to day point of contact to support and work with Relationship Manager in maximising client life and satisfaction by managing client relationships in accordance with a defined service proposition appropriate to each client segment.

·       To work collaboratively with your colleagues within Sales, Risk and Operations to ensure effective delivery of client service throughout the life time of the client and ensuring TCF principles are adhered to.

You will have excellent Customer Service skills and ideally experience of Financial Services or Invoice Finance.
