Our client is a specialist provider of dealer stocking facilities, working across a variety of industry sectors to include commercial vehicles, leisure and agriculture.

They are currently looking to appoint an Audit Team Leader to oversee a team of 3 regional asset auditors who are based in the South of England.

Key responsibilities include :

Ensure asset audits are completed within agreed frequencies

Line and performance management responsibility for the team

Report risks identified on a timely basis, ensuring where possible that audit issues are resolved on site

Produce and report on MI particularly related to productivity of the team.

This is a hands on role, requiring strong organisational skills, the ability to lead and motivate a team, in addition to performing asset audits yourself.

We are looking for an experienced auditor – this may be from asset finance, the vehicle sector, or retail, who ideally will have experience of leading a team.  However we may also consider candidates who can demonstrate the ability to step into a leadership role, who may have had some coaching/training experience previously.

You must be happy to travel, with occasional overnight stays as the role requires
