Account Manager - Motor Finance
C £35000 plus bonus, car and benefits
Our client is a long established and well regarded provider of motor finance, with a strong brand and reputation throughout the UK. They are innovative and forward thinking with an excellent product portfolio to support their dealerships
They are currently looking to appoint an Account Manager to cover the Milton Keynes area, to maximise opportunities from existing and target motor dealerships throughout the territory. This is a home based role, and candidates must live on the territory.
New business generation
Dealer training and development
Regular performance reviews with dealers
Negotiation of rates and terms
Monitoring competitor activity
Achieving sales targets
We are looking for candidates who have a strong, stable sales background, ideally from within the motor industry who can demonstrate a proven track record of achievement to target, (this may be from within a motor finance company, or from within a Sales Manager/Business Manager role within a dealer environment).
Other B2B sales experience may be considered.
Key requirements are the ability to build relationships and negotiate at all levels, a high degree of self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a successful and dynamic team.
