Area Sales Manager - Asset Finance
North (Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Sheffield)
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus, car, pension, healthcare
Our client is a joint-venture between a major bank and a global construction equipment finance manufacturer.
They are keep to appoint and Area Sales Manager to manage and develop relationships with the equipment dealer network and their sales team throughout the North of England.
The responsibilities include:
- partnerimg with the dealer sales teams to identify opportunities to introduce the highly competitive range of funding options to the customer at point of sale.
- assisting the sales team in end user negotiations, from a single machine up to a fleet of machines for a major corporate.
- structuring and packaging new business applications where necessary prior to submission for underwriting.
- achieving objectives for finance penetration and volume.
Suitable candidates will have a proven sales background in asset finance and leasing, with some experience of financing construction equipment - this can be from a vendor finance company or a direct asset finance provider.
Good credit skills are important as is the ability to work in a friendly, positive and hard-working team.
