Regional Development Manager - Motor Finance

£35k - £45k plus excellent OTE, car and benefits
Our client is an established motor finance business, who are undergoing significant growth and expansion. They operate across the UK motor dealer market, supporting both smaller independent dealers, and the AM200 space.
They have invested considerably in systems, products, and people, with the field sales function doubling in size, with further growth planned in the coming 12 months. As part of this growth, we are looking to recruit a Regional Development Manager to identify, target and ultimately secure new business volumes with independent motor dealers across the Essex, Home Counties and North London area.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing existing dealer relationships, and once you have secured a new account, you will also be responsible for the ongoing relationship management and growth of that account.
We are keen to speak to individuals who can demonstrate a proven new business development track record, ideally with a knowledge and understanding of the automotive arena, although we may consider suitably qualified individuals from other sales backgrounds.
You will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a large territory, to maximise opportunities, and the confidence and gravitas to quickly build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
