Regional Development Manager – Motor Finance
£40k - £45k plus bonus, car and benefits
Our client is the motor finance division of a long-established UK bank. They provide finance facilities to prime customers via dealers and brokers across the UK.
They are currently recruiting for a Regional Development Manager to cover the North West of England, targeting new, prospect motor dealer accounts, in addition to managing and developing existing relationships to ensure ongoing volumes of business are achieved.
The territory is established, so strong relationship skills are key, in order to maintain and grow the existing accounts, however, there is also significant opportunity on patch, so the ability to target and acquire new business is also a key requirement.
The successful candidate must have some experience in a similar business development, or account management function within the prime motor finance arena, although we are happy to consider individuals with limited experience, who may be looking to take the next step in their career.
Additionally you will be well organised, professional in your approach, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate at all levels.
