Business Development Manager - Prestige Vehicle Finance

Our client is an independent vehicle finance provider, specialising in the funding of high end, prestige vehicles, including classics and supercars.
They are expanding their sales function, and as such looking for a highly sales focussed BDM to cover South West London, across the South Coast, to South of the M4. The territory has some existing relationships, and the brand is well known, but we are looking for someone who can really develop opportunities, and maximise growth from the region.
You will be responsible for the acquisition of new accounts within the market sector, in addition to manging and developing existing dealer relationships to ensure ongoing volumes of business. Where appropriate or required by your introducer partners, you will also liaise directly with the end user customers, in order to facilitate and close the finance deal.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in motor finance, ideally with experience of, and contact in the prestige/high end dealer space, although this isn’t essential. You will have a proven track record of new business development and sales success, a good understanding of industry legislation, and the ability to negotiate and liaise at all levels.
